XMYBOX strives for 100% satisfaction on every order. Products can be exchanged within 60 days if you find that the product arrived defective or were shipped the wrong product. For all other reasons, exchanges can be made as long as the product was never used and the packaging is still intact.
To make an exchange, download and fill out our Customer Service Form. Send this completed form to firstname.lastname@example.org. A customer service representative will respond within 15 working days. Your exchange will be processed within 7 working days.
For items exchanged in the United States, access your account and complete the automated Returns and Exchanges form and follow the instructions on the page.
If you are exchanging an item internationally, you will be responsible for the shipping costs and any duties or taxes levied.
Most of the products sold on XMYBOX.com are guaranteed against breakage for the first 30 days after your shipment is delivered. The defective item may be exchanged for a new one or returned for a full refund.
