International shipping

Customers are responsible for complying with their country's laws, customs, regulations, taxes and duties. XMYBOX holds no responsibility for any parcels delayed or detained due to the country's customs. Your order may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are levied when the parcel reaches the country and must be paid by you. If you choose not to pay these duties or taxes, XMYBOX will not refund your order.

 

Internationally, we use International Federal Express only as the parcels are insured and traceable. Prices vary depending on weight and size of the order. Should the event arise where your parcel is lost in shipment and not held in customs, we will replace or refund that part of your order. XMYBOX is unable to refund or allow replacement of parcels seized by customs.

 

XMYBOX is required by customs to describe the contents of the parcels sent internationally. For confidentiality reasons, XMYBOX will use euphemisms such as "lotion" or "toys" on the forms.
