For multi-item orders, they shipped in two ways:
- 1) Ship all items in the fewest shipments possible (lowest shipping charges)
If all items are available, they products will be shipped at once and you will pay a single delivery charge.
If some items are in stock and others are back-ordered, shipping will be delayed in order to ship the in stock and back-ordered items together. Items may be shipped in multiple shipments at our discretion, but at no extra charge.
- 2) Ship items as they become available (fastest delivery)
If all items are available and in stock, they will be shipped all at once and you will pay a single delivery charge.
If some items are in stock and others are back-ordered, the items in stock will be shipped immediately while the back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Each shipment will incur shipping charges.
To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. XMYBOX cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays, such as holidays.
All orders are shipped to the address as stated by the customers when the orders are placed. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address entered is in accordance with the shipping courier's standard.
All parcels will be marked as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid fees imposed by customs, but the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if any.
